About E4 Established for over 17 years here in Waltham Forest we are proud to boast a long term and strong local membership with many having been with us since 1992. Our motto "Be Motivated Not Intimidated" has stood the test of time and through our policy of treating each and every member individually always structuring our training programmes according to their needs.
	Our complete range of fitness equipment inculdes and features two separate gyms specifically designed for Weight Training and Resistance Equipment Training including running machines and arc trainers. In a Japanese themed Dojo we have host Matsuri School for Karate Excellence. We also host Waltham Forest Amateur Boxing Club in a training area with numerous bags and of course a boxing ring. Also in their own separate gym area we host London Muay Thai Boxing Academy with its own bags and ring.
