Established for over 17 years here in Waltham Forest we are proud to boast a long term and strong local membership with many having been with us since 1992.

Our motto "Be Motivated Not Intimidated" has stood the test of time and through our policy of treating each and every member individually always structuring our training programmes according to their needs.

Our complete range of fitness equipment inculdes and features two separate gyms specifically designed for Weight Training and Resistance Equipment Training including running machines and arc trainers.

We will do our upmost to suit your personal needs and desires. With our very personal, friendly and passionate approach, we will do whatever we can to help people who want to be helped.
